Paid time off

Employees enjoy 15 days per year of Paid Time Off. We recognize that time away from work plays an important part in maintaining personal well-being, enabling employees to balance the demands of their professional and personal lives. Paid Time Off (“PTO”) is used at employee discretion for things such as vacation, personal time off for religious observance, personal business, and illness.
