David Moore, Chairman of the Board

24/7 Real Media, Inc., Chairman and CEO
David J. Moore has served as a director on Local Matters’ board since March 2004, served as Chairman from March 2006 until January 2009, and now serves as Vice Chairman. Mr. Moore is Chairman and Founder of 24/7 Real Media, Inc., a leading global digital marketing company. Mr. Moore led 24/7 Real Media’s growth from start-up to its current leading market position. He is a respected industry veteran with over 30 years experience in new media property development. Mr. Moore currently serves as Chairman for the Interactive Advertising Bureau and has been a member on the board since 2002. Throughout his career, Mr. Moore has held positions at companies such as Turner Broadcasting and Viacom. He co-founded Petry Interactive, which became 24/7 Real Media. Mr. Moore also serves on the board of Our Stage and Auditudes, both early stage internet companies, the board of directors for the Morgans Hotel Group, the board of directors of the Advertising Education Foundation (AEF), and on the board of directors for Visible Technologies, an industry leading provider of social media monitoring and engagement solutions. Mr. Moore holds a BA degree from Northern Illinois University.


Kevin B. Kimberlin

Spencer Trask & Co., Chairman of the Board
Kevin B. Kimberlin has served as a director since March 2005. In 1993, Mr. Kimberlin co-founded Ciena Corporation, an optical systems company. In 1992, he co-founded Myriad Genetics, Inc., a company developing genome-based diagnostics and therapeutics. In 1986, he co-founded The Immune Response Corporation, a developer of vaccines where he has been a director since 1986. From January 1998 until its initial public offering in November 1999, Mr. Kimberlin was the general partner of Next Level Communications LP, a broadband equipment company. Mr. Kimberlin has also been a director of Health Dialog Services Corporation, a disease management services provider, since January 2004; a director of Aperture Technologies, Inc., a data center management software company, since March 1998; a director of Yaddo Corporation, a company established for artists in Saratoga Springs, New York, since 1998. Mr. Kimberlin has been Chairman of Spencer Trask & Co., a venture capital firm, since June 1992. Mr. Kimberlin holds a BS degree from Indiana University and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.


David De Leeuw

Lion Chemical Capital, Managing Director
David De Leeuw has served as a director since December 2003. In July 2005, Mr. De Leeuw co-founded Lion Cao Asset Management LLC, an alternative asset management company, for which he serves as chairman. He co-founded Lion Chemical Capital, a private equity firm investing in chemical and affiliated industries, in September 2002 and has been the managing director of its general partner since that time. Mr. De Leeuw was a founding partner at McCown De Leeuw & Co., a private equity firm focusing on leveraged buyouts, in 1984. Mr. De Leeuw previously was a vice president at Citibank, a financial services firm, and has held positions at W.R. Grace & Co., a chemical and industrial supply company, and PaineWebber, an investment bank, in New York and Tokyo. He has served as a director of Excel Polymers LLC, a chemical and rubber company, since August 2004, and of Lion Copolymers LLC, a synthetic rubber producer, since November 2005. Mr. De Leeuw holds an AB degree from Lafayette College and an MBA degree from Columbia University, and has been an active alumnus serving on several committees for both of those institutions.


Michael J. Marocco

Sandler Capital, Managing Director - Head of Private Equity
Michael J. Marocco has served as a director since October 2005. Mr. Marocco has been a managing director of Sandler Capital Management, a registered investment adviser managing both private equity funds and hedge funds, since 1989. Prior to joining Sandler Capital, Mr. Marocco was a vice president at Morgan Stanley & Co. from 1984 to 1989, where his responsibilities included corporate finance and merger and acquisition coverage of media and entertainment companies. He has over 25 years of experience in the investment management and corporate finance industry. Mr. Marocco is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BS degree from the University of Southern Maine and an MBA degree from New York University.


Matthew J. Stover

Local Matters, Inc., Chief Executive Officer
Mat Stover is Chief Executive Officer of Local Matters, Inc. Mr. Stover has served as a member of the Local Matters Board of Directors since December 2005, and became Chief Executive Officer in January 2009. Over the past 25 years, he has served as a senior executive with global corporations and growth companies in the fields of communications and information and marketing services across traditional and online media. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of print and online yellow pages directory company ypOne Publishing from 2006 to 2008. From 1994 to 1999, he served as group president of Bell Atlantic Directory Group and its predecessor companies, where he founded the first national online yellow pages in the United States and established Global Directory Services Company to provide print and online shopping directories in Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Slovakia and China. Mr. Stover is a past director and chairman of the board of the Yellow Pages Publishers Association. In addition, he is and has been a director and adviser for public and private companies, as well as not-for-profit organizations and associations. Mr. Stover is a graduate of Yale University and the Executive Program of the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
