Local Matters offers employees ten paid holidays per year: Seven commonly observed holidays and three company designated or floating holidays. Our commonly observed holidays are:

Paid Time Off
New employees enjoy up to 17 days per year of Paid Time Off and 2 Floating Holidays. We recognize that time away from work plays an important part in maintaining personal well-being, enabling employees to balance the demands of their professional and personal lives. Paid Time Off (“PTO”) is used at employee discretion for things such as vacation, personal time off for religious observance, personal business, and illness.
