Local Matters Appoints Michael Dingman as Chief Financial Officer
DENVER, Colo., June 21, 2006 - Local Matters, Inc., a provider of software and media services that enable Yellow Pages publishers and 411 service providers to expand their traditional service offerings, today announced the appointment of Michael Dingman, Jr. as Chief Financial Officer. Dingman will report to Perry Evans, Local Matters CEO, and is responsible for finance, accounting and investor relations.

Dingman joins the company from his position as Chief Financial Officer of Intrado, a global provider of integrated data and telecommunications solutions with annual revenues in excess of $145 million. Prior to Intrado, Dingman was CFO of RMI.net where he was responsible for the company´s financial strategy, directing business policies and investor relations. Dingman was also the president and co-founder of Qwon Investment Consultants.
