Local Matters Adds Two New Members to its Board of Directors
DENVER, Colo. January 17, 2006 - Local Matters, Inc., a provider of specialized technology and media solutions for Yellow Pages publishers and 411 service providers, today announced two additions to its board of directors - Matthew Stover, the CEO and Chairman of ypOne Publishing and Nancy Hamilton, the COO of Roving Planet.

Mr. Stover is CEO and Chairman of ypOne Publishing, a mid-sized North American Yellow Pages publisher offering 54 titles in print and online in the United States and Canada. Previously, he served as Group President of Bell Atlantic Directory Group and President and CEO of its predecessor companies, Bell Atlantic Information Services Group and NYNEX Information Resources Company. Mr. Stover played a leading role in creating BigYellow, the first national online shopping directory, and was founding chairman of Global Directory Services, Inc., a publisher of Yellow Pages directories in Europe and China. Stover is a past chairman of the Yellow Pages Association, and is a graduate of Yale University and the Executive Program of the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

Ms. Hamilton has been a corporate finance executive for nearly 25 years. Currently, Hamilton is the COO of Roving Planet, a venture-funded company that develops and sells products for managing and securing distributed Wi-Fi networks. She has held numerous executive officer level positions including CFO of Spectralink, a manufacturer of wireless telephone systems, as well as CFO and senior vice president of finance at Intrado, a leading provider of 9-1-1 operations support system services. Previously, Hamilton served as CFO and vice president of Fischer Imaging and NBI, Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Regis University.
